how does it affect the people who buy it or are considering renting it???

We have an old refrigerator that leaks water into the bottom and ruins our food, 2 times they had maintenance people to “fix” it but water keeps coming back. We found out that it is the same one that our neighbor had in her apartment and they switched the refrigerators before we moved in. Now we have her old refrigerator with the same problem..
Who do I talk to to get the managers to replace the refrigeroter?
We pay $1000 a month for the place.

I cannot seem to be able to afford my car anymore, it is $495 a month. And I don’t want to stress myself with payments anymore and just accept circumstances.
