Well to the landlord who answered:
I bought my condominium in the peak of the realstate ‘boom”, all togueter I am paying around 2000 thousand included the asociation, the reason I am more stresed is because my husband lost his job, I’ve worked in my job for 5 years, and 10 years in this feald all togueter, i “think” i can pay a rent of 1300, if I managed to pay 2000 until now, he’s been unemployed since november, and I haven;t missed a single mortgage payment, but I have relied on my savings, you can’t judge someone just because of the reasltate situation, some of us are still able to pay a decent more reasonable rent.

My landlord was supposed to fix the heat he said he would fix it within 3 weeks instead we received foreclosure papers that stated we had 30 days to vacate. I have no money to move, I lost my job and my spouse does not make that much. What do I do?

I’m ready to move out into first apartment, but have a big question. I know you must fill out an application and list your current job ocupation. I make money through playing poker and poker alone. I am very successful, but am wondering if this would pose a problem getting an apartment. Any answers are appreciated, thanks.

I see this epidemic of people going into foreclosure.
In fact I heard a news report recently that said prime loans were foreclosing faster than sub prime now.
I live in an apartment now. (House was foreclosed after a divorce)
But I don’t see or hear of a big boom in rentals either.
Where are all these families that loose their houses and sometimes their job doing for living arrangements?
Rent Back
I was laid off from my previous job and now I have an interview with an apartment complex to be a leasing agent. Unfortunately, I probably have the worst credit in America right now (due to a divorce, which include a foreclosure and a dismissed bankruptcy). I was wondering if they will do a credit check just for me to work there? I really need the job but I and think I have a really good chance, but I am afraid of the outcome because of my credit.

The house is in a park, not on private land. It’s a big one, 2400 sq.ft. I am current with the payments, but my job is making me move 500 miles away, I won’t be able to make payments on 2 homes. Is it better that they repossess it or foreclose? It’s for sale but the market doesn’t look good, homes have been for sale there for over 4-5 yrs. Renting is out of the question, I can’t afford the insurance they charge for a rental modular, and I don’t want it destroyed by the kind of tennants it would draw.

Because of not staying on a job long, and not making enough money on those jobs to pay a $461.64 car note and making $278 or a little under on the job. I know that i will a charge off repossession balance on my credit report, will this affect me getting another car and a home one day?
