I want to check Morocco out for at least 30 days. This can be very costly if I’m staying in a hotel. I’m looking to rent an apartment for 30, or 60, possibly 90 days long. Will need DSL Internet. I cannot find any sites for such rentals, except that it’s just as expensive as a hotel. Is anyone aware of how to accomplish this?

I am a landlord and I recently rented out an apartment through a real estate agent. The tenant paid 1 month security, first month rent, and the last month rent of a 1 year lease. My real estate agent took the last month rent from my tenant as the commission. This means that I won’t get the last month rent when the lease is up. Is this how it works? I always thought that the tenants pay for the fees. In this case, I am paying for it.

I have rented a place for 10 years, and my husband and I got married 4 years ago, and his name has been listed as an additional tenant since then.
Now I am unemployed, and he is the one trying to rent an apt for our family. Will the apartment complex say that he has NO rental history since he wasn’t the LESSOR of the last apt?
