If a apartment complex is in foreclosure in NC can I get out of my lease?

Complex is in foreclosure and I just moved in a few months ago and just found out. It is managed by a third party company. They say I have nothing to worry about that someone will buy it.. What rights do I have in North Carolina.. thanks for you help!!!

    no you may not get out of the lease contract you signed. That lease is valid and the new owner will be your new landlord. and it may even be the bank for a short period of time.
