When an apartment rental office checks for rental history:?
What is acceptable?
I have rented a place for 10 years, and my husband and I got married 4 years ago, and his name has been listed as an additional tenant since then.
Now I am unemployed, and he is the one trying to rent an apt for our family. Will the apartment complex say that he has NO rental history since he wasn’t the LESSOR of the last apt?
Thanks.

I doubt he has any problem. No rental history isn’t a big deal. It’s bad rental history that will keep him from being able to get a place. And, as long as you co-sign on it, it doesn’t matter if you are working or not - that establishes rental history.
